Flow.

A soulful 4-Week Masterclass rooted in nature, creativity, and healing.. I invite Artists of all skill levels to begin their watercolour journey through the intertwined practices of soulful creativity, connection, and immersing in nature.

Each 2.5-hour session blends watercolour foundations with meditative art processes, heightened observation skills, and intuitive exploration.

In this space, Artists are encouraged to release their inner critic and embrace painting as a spiritual and emotional process—not about outcomes, but presence. Sessions open with an energy clearing led by Reiki Master Courtney Maier, grounding us in stillness and inviting each Artist into full creative expression.

2:00pm - 4:30pm at Wonder Bar's Studio in Maple Ridge, BC.

INCLUDES: Reiki clearing, starter watercolour supplies, technique demos, guided forest-inspired exercises, personal reflection and group sharing.

Self-renewal sessions to nourish your soul and awaken your higher-self! This 3-hours session begins with a Reiki energy clearing to help clear external influences and ready you to courageously defy conformity and connect with your true vision! No formal art experience necessary, my therapeutic art guidance will support you to then create your vision map to manifest your dreams!

Marinate.

Intimate painting events using watercolours to awaken your creative spirit. Gather your friends, I'll bring the wine and the watercolour supplies - this custom event lovingly guides you step-by-step through a process that calms your nervous system and awakens your creative spirit. Evening and weekend custom events available. BONUS: the session begins with a Reiki energy clearing to truly calm your nervous system and help you tackle that inner-critic. Enjoy a glass of local wine (or handcrafted herbal tea if that's more your jam) and create a beautiful little watercolour to be proud of! Turn it into your own wine label, frame it or make greeting cards - I've got you!
